Every one of our four Vida apartments records a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, a pool and parking in its listing details. Three also record a gym.

The host of the 2-bedroom that sleeps six describes a fully fitted kitchen; the host of the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight lists sheets, towels, an iron and a hairdryer among the essentials.
What 30 nights cost
These figures multiply each apartment's median November 2026 nightly price by 30. They include 5% VAT and were checked on 7 October 2026, using prices recorded in late August and September.

Adding up the actual nightly prices for 1–30 November gives AED 109,547 for the 2-bedroom that sleeps six and AED 135,724 for the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight — a little more than the median sum, because a few nights cost more. For the 3-bedroom only 1–22 November is priced (AED 2,874 a night). We record one-night prices, so none of this reflects long-stay pricing; search your exact dates for the real total.
Long open stretches (31–90 days ahead)
Long stays are easier further out. Between 6 November 2026 and 4 January 2027, only 14 of 240 apartment-nights (6%) were booked when we checked on 7 October 2026.

Our calendar data runs to 31 January 2027, so open runs ending that day may continue. The 3-bedroom's run ends because it is booked from 17 December, and again from 2 January to the end of January.
Minimum stays
The 1-bedroom and both 2-bedrooms had a one-night minimum throughout. The 3-bedroom needs two nights, four on 1–3 December, and six over 26 December to 6 January.
