Ratings are the Airbnb overall scores recorded for each apartment; review counts were not recorded, so we don't quote them. The hosts list all four apartments under the name Vida Residences Dubai Mall.
All four listings record a pool, parking, a dedicated workspace and a washing machine. Three of the four record a gym (all except the 2-bedroom that sleeps six), and only the 2-bedroom that sleeps six records self check-in. None records a Dubai Fountain view.
How they differ
- Most guests: the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight holds more people than our 3-bedroom, which sleeps six. If you need beds rather than bedrooms, compare those two first.
- Most bedrooms for the money: in October and November the 3-bedroom was the cheapest of the three larger apartments per night (see prices below).
- The view: two apartments record a Burj Khalifa view — the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight and the 3-bedroom. The host of the 2-bedroom that sleeps eight describes the view from both the apartment and the balcony, and describes direct access to The Dubai Mall; we have not verified either.
- A balcony: only the two 2-bedrooms record one.
- For two: the 1-bedroom sleeps two and has one bathroom.

Across the four, 28% of nights in the next 30 days and 6% of nights 31–90 days ahead were booked. The 3-bedroom is booked 17–25 December and from 2 January to the end of January; 26 December to 1 January is open with a six-night minimum stay.
